Is a week-to-week program (over 12 weeks) that makes you accountable.
On you’re first consult we will look at what you are currently eating pattern and currently exercising program, plus a Bio-Impedance test to look further into your system makeup.
After the initial consult we will ask you pop in store each week for your weekly checkups.
This single consult will look at mainly your Bio-Impedance, plus a top level break down of your current eating pattern.
